Coconut and Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
100g/3½oz mango, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp runny honey
50g/1¾oz Greek yoghurt
100ml/3½floz milk
100ml/3½floz coconut milk
1 small handful ice
½ lime, juice only
To serve
sprig of mint
Method
1. Blend the mango, honey, yoghurt, milk, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in a liquidiser until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
