Hot prune smoothie

Ingredients
140ml/5fl oz double cream
splash milk
½ miniature bottle port
110g/4oz prunes, stones removed and chopped
110g/4oz Greek yoghurt
1 vanilla pod, split, seeds scraped out
To serve
sprig fresh mint
cocoa powder, for dusting

Method
1. Place the cream, milk, port and prunes into a small saucepan over a medium heat. Heat for 2-3 minutes, but do not boil.
2. Transfer the warm mixture to a liquidiser and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the blended mixture into a serving glass.
4. Mix the yoghurt and vanilla seeds in a bowl. Spoon the vanilla yoghurt on top of the smoothie.
5. To serve, garnish with mint and dust with cocoa powder.
