Cointreau and mandarin smoothie

Ingredients
40g/1½oz dried mango, chopped
1 miniature Cointreau
25g/1oz ice cubes
1 orange, juiced
70ml/2&frac12fl oz tinned mandarin juice
50ml/2fl oz double cream
3 tbsp fresh mint
2 tbsp mascarpone
1 tbsp honey
To serve
cocoa powder

Method
1. In a blender mix together all of the ingredients.
2. Pour into two glasses and dust with cocoa powder.
