Apricot and coconut smoothie

Ingredients
100ml/3½fl oz coconut milk
100ml/3½fl oz Greek-style yoghurt
30-55/1-2oz dried apricots, chopped
handful of ice
1 tbsp honey
55-85ml/2-3fl oz milk

Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or liquidiser and blend together until combined and smooth.
2. Pour into a tall serving glass and serve at once.
