Mango smoothie
Ingredients
200g/7¼oz Greek yoghurt
½ mango, peeled and chopped
handful of ice
2 tsp golden syrup
2 tsp coconut cream
drizzle of cream
sprig of mint, to serve
Method
1. Place the yoghurt, mango, ice, syrup and coconut cream into a food blender and blend together until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mint to serve.
